Salon Joy's Cancellation Policy

At Salon Joy, we strive to ensure each client's valuable time is respected throughout the course of each day. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or sudden obligations for work or family.

However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you are preventing us from rescheduling the time we have available to service another client.

Please review our late and cancellation policy below.

Salon Joy Late Policy

Please be advised that we kindly ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. If you are going to be past your scheduled time, we will have to reschedule your appointment or adjust your service. This may result in a quick dry, no extra styling or a rescheduled appointment.

No Show and Same Day Cancellation

If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice before their scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations that do not meet the 24 hour requirements will result in a 50% fee of the canceled service and will be charged to the credit card on file or added to your next booking.

This fee is non-refundable and will not be credited to any future service.

How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment

To cancel or reschedule appointments, please call our salon at 570-795-5233. We will return your call or message you as soon as possible.

We do not accept social media messages as a canceled appointment. We kindly ask that you call and leave a message at the salon directly. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
