Salon Joy's Cancelation Policy

At Salon Joy, we strive to ensure each client's valuable time is respected throughout the course of each day. We understand there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or sudden obligations for work or family.

However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you are preventing us from rebooking the time we have available to service another client.

Please review our late and cancellation policy below.

Salon Joy Late Policy

Please be advised that we kindly ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time. If you are going to be past your scheduled time, we will have to rebook your appointment or adjust your service. This may result in a quick dry or no styling or a rebooked appointment.

No Show and Same Day Cancelation

If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, clients are required to call or leave a message least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time.

Please be advised that if you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $25 cancelation fee for each hour you were scheduled to be serviced. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment.

This fee is non-refundable and will not be credited to any future service.

How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment

To cancel or reschedule appointments, please call our salon at 570.795.5233. We will return your call or message as soon as possible.

We do not accept social media messages as a canceled appointment. We kindly ask that you call and leave a message at the salon directly. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
